Again very slick lines here. Did you render that grey effect with some sort of ink wash or was this an after effect done in the computer?

yeah, actually it's just gray tones I do in photoshop. I started using photoshop form more inking and drawing over the last couple of years so now I do basically a tight rough in pencil, scan that and finish all the line work and some of the drawing right in Photoshop.

I'm not the best inker in the world but I've been able to get a really smooth, clean line by just messing around in Photoshop.

When I draw storyboards however I just jump right in, no paper at all, and draw directly on the tablet. Just saves time.

Okay thanks for the reply. I am still kind of iffy on doing any inking in Photoshop to be honest. I am sure it is quite a bit faster as well as really smooth but I will be honest I am being a big baby and a little scared to go that way.

I read it differently. I was thinking it was a flash back scene and she was saying, you wear the same costume every year. lol I was laughing until I read the response by Phantomonex, snappy ending " I'm slow but not that slow"? sounded kind of snippy.
